Our Tea with T.E.D. sessions are free to over 50s and the perfect opportunity to come and say hello and find out more about the T.E.D. Project, and enjoy a drink and a slice of cake.

Tea with T.E.D. sessions are held monthly at the three community hubs at Mablethorpe, Skegness and Louth. We have also arranged to take the pop-up café to a different location each month; these will usually be held in a local village hall or community centre. The aim of the Tea with T.E.D. sessions is to highlight the value of meeting up for a cuppa and a chat. Area Co-ordinators will then be able to support local communities to set up their own coffee mornings.

The T.E.D. Area Co-ordinators who host the Tea with T.E.D. sessions are a font of knowledge - not only about the project and how it can support you - but also they are continually researching and mapping all the activities that are happening in the area. This information is stored in the T.E.D. Database here on the website, and we have over 700 clubs, activities and services listed at present. Everything from Tai Chi to Tea Dances, and Men’s Sheds to Model Making, there really is something for everyone!
